Terrible service

I submitted a claim for my mom 2 years ago I still haven't received anything from them, no communication none whatsoever I have been to the branchs so many times and the consultants have called the call center so many times but they all say it's not their department. It is now mid 2023 and submitted my claim 2021.....their service is terrible I will not use their services again. I am very angry and disappointed.
