Terrible Service

I resigned in May 2019 from my place of work. I completed all the necessary paperwork on the 7th of June 2019. My last day of work was on the 28th of June. I was exited off the old mutual e form on the 28th of June 2019. I have had to follow up on numerous times with what is happening. Every time I get told a different story. I have had excuses like payment not received, I haven’t been exited and latest is they need a copy of my divorce agreement. I have not been married for over 15 years and now the latest excuse or delay of my pay out is my divorce agreement. I have paid over 18 years to my superfund and now wanting to withdraw some money and reinvest the balance with Old Mutual - but should I reinvest with Old Mutual with this shocking service. I urgently need my payout and some decent honest answers. I paid every month for the last 18 years and I feel I deserve some decent feedback.
