Terrible service

Really battling to get through to Old Mutual. Have phoned countless times, countless numbers. Forever on hold. Extremely frustrating. Being pushed through from pillar to post! No one seems to be able to help, and every time I am transferred to someone else I have to wait 5 minutes for someone to answer the phone.

Am definitely moving all my policies to another service provider. Literally the worst service I have ever experienced and this is not the first time!
