Terrible Service

I went into the Kempton park(festival mall) branch on Thursday the 19th Oct to cancel all my policies. Long story short, what I witnessed in that branch I have never experienced anywhere else. The staff was screaming at each other, singing out loud like they were at a party, while clients, including me, were waited to be assisted. When I eventually got assisted, an account was opened for me without me asking for it, or even being advised that there will be an account opened. There was only one lady that seemed professional and another gentleman as they had clients for the whole 30mins that I was waiting to be assisted. The manager was in the branch and did not even bother to tell the staff to keep the party mood or behaviour down. I decided to hold back my complaint on the day, but now it seems like my policies were not cancelled as both of them deducted again and I refuse to ever set my foot again in that Mickey mouse of a branch.
