terrible service

<p>i requested my policy to be cahsed out and now they deposited the money in the wrong account wher as i came with the corect information. They now telling me to go to the bank and find out whose account is it that they deposited money into imageine. i spoke to Kulsum who could not assist and said she will trnasfer me to the manager Patricia who said she is not a manager there are no managers in the call centre. She as well was not willing to assist and was very rude. im not happy at all with old mutual and would like to cancel all my policies with them.</p>
