Terrible service
I did a withdrawal from my investment account on the 5 May 2022, up till now I'm still waiting for MY money. I spoke to a consultant today who refused to give me her name, did not know what she is talking about. How is old mutual surviving so long I have no idea. Service is terrible, when it's time for your funds to be sent back to you they take forever even thou they give you a time frame.
