Terrible service

<p>I have a living anuity with Old Mutual which every month i receive my income on the 23rd of each month because I need the cash for debit orders that go off on the 25th of each month.today is the 24th and i dont make payment for my home loan I will be put in a worst of position next month with more expenses.i have called my broker this morning and was suposed to call me back but he never and i had to call him back to find out that he hasnt even did any investigation on what had happened this is terrible servise i have spoken to such a gentleman from liberty and i will be dealing with him now if u want u can contact him on ********** 113 his name is lee and u wont be disappointed.as for old mutual if i dnt receive my income today I will have to take this matter to the ombadsman of long term insurance</p>
