Terrible service

<p>On Friday the 20th of May my husband and I visited the Old Mutual branch in Bellville Voortrekker road, upon arrival we logged in our ID number and then was asked to wait in the waiting area. After we have been seated the receptionist came to us and said that there is not a financial advisor at the branch but we can go down the road to their financial offices and speak to the advisor there named Chris. </p> <p>After walking down to financial offices to see Chris, we where again seated in the waiting area and asked to wait. After about 20 minutes and about 6 people being helped that came in after us, I asked the young lady how long is Chris still going to be. She walks away and returns saying he says he will be with you in 10 mins. After another 20 minutes of waiting and more people being helped that arrived after us my husband and I just left. </p> <p>This is ********** customer service we received after we were the one's wanting to open up life insurance policies and update our policies we already have with old Mutual. We are re-considering our commitment to this company as the staff did not seem that intrested in doing business with us.</p>
