TERRIBLE SERVICE
The service I have received from old mutual is honestly pathetic, I have sent numerous emails and called constantly to the call centre but till date, no response has been received and no one bothers to answers they call at the contact centre. If I had to say I'm disappointed that would be an understatement for the lack of a tiny speck of communication from them
