Terrible Representative Communication

How about this! We took out a life policy with Old Mutual last week and this morning we had a visit from the nurse who came to do the medical at our home. After the visit she had the nerve to call the SPCA and and indicated to them that the dog on the premises was not well looked after as to her standards, simply because the chain he was on according to her was not long enough. The SPCA visited us a few hours later to inspect the situation and never found any such ill treatment. The chain was short as the dog ran around which caused the chain to become tangled which was undone and all was ok. How the hell is the representative who is scheduled to do a medical, come and evaluate how we are looking after our pets and the conditions at our home. This is nonsense, ********* and utter *******. I feel like cancelling all ties with Old Mutual immediately.
