Terrible product and service

I took out a policy for my godchild with old mutual. With no problem they signed me up and short everything out. From the start I asked them what return of investment would i get back if I invest the amount every month So the guy told me every year they will send me some Growth plan and what have the policy grown with. Well when I received the Growth plan I have lost money give or take R700 to R800 then what I predicted it should of been. I am better off taking the money and to put it in a savaging account as it would of actually grown and not loose money.<br> <br> Very sad to see Old mutual doing this. Just wondering how many people they robbing like this.<br> <br> It took the 27 days after submitting document to cancel and its still not canceled. and they claim that everything will be settled within 10days. Saddest part was I had to phone them to see what is happening.
