Terrible Old Mutual Call customer service line

Terrible customer care number. And service. I've made more than 10 calls over 2 days. Waiting time is +20 minutes. Nobody answers. And then the call gets answered and nobody speaks. Just silence.

Useless, terrible. Wow for such a big company. Pull up your socks!!!!!!!!!
