Terrible old mutual

Sent query to service@oldmutual and received ref ccc***4. Reply received was that i should contact my financial adviser. Unfortunately he is dead. That is why i sent direct query. I then phoned in and after about 10 minutes put phone down as agent could not help. maybe Corona problem but makes one think Old Mutual is not in good space.
