Terrible & horrible client service

If I could Old Mutual would get a zero rating! 2 weeks ago my uncle passed away, I have a funeral policy with old Mutual. I done the claim and on the very same day I received the transaction notice...it is almost 3 weeks later and there has still Benn NO payment made! The process to open up a policy and for them to debit our money is painless... Yet when a claim has to be processed its like extracting teeth without an anaesthetic! I'm am absolutely disgusted in the client service being rendered! Reference numbers and no resolution. I am currently out of SA hence I cannot be reached telephonically and I have indicated this in each and every email I have forwarded to this useless insurance agent .. One can see that my emails are being received... But they're deliberately NOT paying my damn claim! I will never advise anyone to invest or insure with this useless old mutual! 😡😡
