Terrible experience

Shocking experience . I have been trying to get pay out on my 10 old policies . After 3 visits to branches at Fourways Mall and Cresta ,2 sets of papers to fill , 2 bank statements I m still waiting for the payment . Telephonically you will never get hold of them . After 10-15 minutes the call just cuts off . I will never ,ever invest with them again.
