Terrible experience

Worst customer service ever. I requestd a withdrawal on 31st May been sending emails ever since. Call constantly holding for up to 20minutes for someone to answer. Called again today waited for up to a hour only for the agent to put me on hold and then drop the call on me. Quick to sign you up for policy but when u want to access your own funds it's a hassle. Just release my funds as requested and cancel my policy so that I can take it somewhere else.
