Terrible Customer Service when needed most
Terrible Service from Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (South Africa) Limited, Registration Number ***.
My partner was diagnosed Cancer in December 2023. Claim for Severe Illness was submitted to Old Mutual Protect on 6 February 2024 and we have been given the run around with no outcome.
