Terrible customer service unable to help me with claiming my provident fund

Old Mutual has a terrible customer service, rude and not knowledgeable. I started with my Provident fund claim since 3 months ago due to an error on the website that makes me unable to see the option save & invest for me to submit my claim. they have not been able to fixe that. I call them every day and not lucrative answer. I begin to think they are just a ****. old mutual horrible customer service have no clue on how to solve any issue at all
