Terrible Customer Service

Was contacted regarding a provident fund surplus benefit. Have been trying get progress regarding payout for almost 2 months now and just being ignored. It's really shocking customer service from an organization like Old Mutual. My emails are just being ignored. When I call, I'm being sent from one department to another. It's impossible to get any response.
