Terrible customer service

I cancelled my policy in December 2019 but I am still being charged every month.

I visited the Parow Centre branch 5 times since to get the payments reversed and was told each time that it will be but instead of a reversal, i am still paying for a policy I cancelled months ago.

Old mutual is utterly useless with customer service. I will never do business with them again.
