Terrible customer service

Today I visited the branch in Diepkloof square to add my new born baby and also find out why didn’t my bebit go off.. I was assisted by L. Mothiba her level of service was very poor I asked her why didn’t the debit go off and her response was “ I can ask you that question” secondly she capture the wrong address on my policy I don’t know where she go that address from and lastly I asked her were should I pay “ post office” she didn’t provide me will all the necessary information like how much will I pay since there’s an additional member to the policy

I am thinking of transferring my funeral policy to another service provider
