Terrible customer service!!!!

I am utterly disgusted by the customer support provided by Old Mutual!! Do NOT use their services, they do not assist you with your queries. If you try to remove your retirement funds, you will not receive assistance!! I have tried for 2 weeks now and they pass you around from email to email, no accountability.
