Terrible customer experience
Their customer service is ridiculous. I made a withdrawal from an investment account and I never received my funds. The whole process was almost a month of back and forth. I then tried to make another withdrawal on the 8th of June. I'm still waiting. When you email them they just ignore you and don't bother to respond. I'm done with this company!

24 Jun 2024, 10:45I just want the funds in my account, I dont want excuses and waiting. My first withdrawal took a month of waiting and I never got my money. This is the 2nd withdrawal attempt and it's looks like I'm going to wait another month and still not get my funds. When I made the previous withdrawal I had an emergency but I ended up having to go and borrow money whilst your company is sitting with my savings.

24 Jun 2024, 17:20Thank you for your response, if you can have a look at the email chain from the first withdrawal you will see that I sent the filled in forms close to 10 times, but I was not able to get assistance. I got some forms via email recently to fill in and send back to you guys. I filled in everything and attached it on the 15th of june and no one has responded to my mails ever since I sent them. I'm honestly tired of this whole process and it has been a really frustrating experience. You make us sign the same form over and over for what honestly? Why does a withdrawal have to take a whole month.
