Terrible call center. No one ever picks up on claims department.
Hi,
I have been trying to go through your call center for over a week to find out about my SuperFund withdrawal but no one ever picks up. I received an email telling me to call you guys to have my details updated because it was not successfully captured. Why must I call when you guys never pick up your calls? You guys are such a mess and are horrible. I even went to an automated reply while waiting.. Damn!!!
