Terrible bank with terrible service

I cant believe i decided to join the old mutual banking. They domt care about their clients only the money that come in. Im having endless problems with my app.. Making double transactions and not even getting the data or electricity vouchers... I cannot even contact old mutual on a sunday because they closed. As if they dont take peoples money on a sunday. This is the most terrible bank with the most terrible service.
