Terrible Admin

<p>I submitted documentantion to old mutual to withdraw funds from my tax free account on the 14th of February. When i followed up on the 20th of January, I was told Old Mutual hasn't recevied my documents. I resent the email I had submitted on the 14th of January. To my suprise now i have to wait a further working 8 days for my own money to be transfered into my account because Old mutual ignored my email dated the 14th, and are now acting as if the first submission was the 20th of January. Im not happy with this as I'm not at fault here, there are reasons as to why people withdraw from their savings, I cannot wait a further 8 or however many days old mutual intends on transfering my funds. This is really upsetting and no one is telling me why my initial email was ignored</p>
