Terrible

<p>I opened up an investment account with Old Mutual in 2014 if not 2015 and now I requested to cancel the investment account as I no longer work. I was told to PRINT, SCAN and CERTIFY documents in order to get my funds back, which I did not do when I opened the account. I was never sent any terms and conditions or any process, I am disgusted by the upholing service I have receied from Old Mutual. I just want my money back.</p>
