TERRIBLE

Mark King So let me tell everyone just how bad Old Mutual is and how much the could not care about their customers. I have a expired annuity and money that is due to me. I completed the forms and sent them in on the 5th January. I am retiring on 1st February and need this money before then. They have told me the forms will only be processed on the 1st Feb and it will then take 15 -21 days from then. How bad is that, they just clearly do not care, at all. BEWARE IF YOU ARE THINKING OF INVESTED WITH THESE CLOWNS
