Termination of contract

I am writing this with the heavy heart as I am not getting any help from you guys.

I took out this investment and never know that if I need to opt put I will be told about restrictions. I even never had to open the contract that was forwarded to me as I couldn't be able to open it and I did respond back to the lady and never got help to access it.

I am currently in a financial crisis and I don't want to see myself going to get loans while I have money that I can use.

I will escalate this matter to social media platforms if I am not getting any assistance from you guys.

I cannot beg for my money. I should have listened to ll bad reviews about this company.

I understand the rules of of termination takes place then there will be a termination penalty.

Even on the app there is termination value on my investment and why it is there if I cannot terminate.

I want this resolved ASAP as I might lose my valuabes if I cannot get money.

Please forwsrd to your complains department as my message was blocked.
