TAX SUBMISSION ISSUE WITH SARS AND OLD MUTUAL

During 2019 while working for employer I requested that my Non Taxable fund be released and payment made to myself. when I had to submit my Tax return for 2019/2020 a issue arose from the Lump Sum amount that was not entered and needed to be entered. called Old Mutual they said no they only give documents to SARS which enters the necessary amounts. Contacted SARS they say No the correct amount with code 3639 needed to be completed by Old Mutual.

after various attempts no one can assist me to fix my issue and get my tax submitted ass the IT3 document is incorrect and we can not attend SARS offices to fix the issue as they are not operating indoor and only telephonically.

I do have all the relevant emails that was sent with proof of the Directive that is not in order.

can you please assist with the soring hereof between Old Mutual and SARS as it seems no one knows what to do.
