TAX QUERIES
I have been receiving messages from Old Mutual fo r over 2 years that an undelivered email was sent... to my OLD email address. I have repeatedly sent my new email address but my profile is never updated. Recently I discovered that my retirement annuity certificate was incorrect and have asked them at Old Mutual ,to rectify this as I would like to file my tax return. I sent an email to my broker as well who also rep**** that no one at Old Mutual is responding. This is terrible service and not what I am used to , from Old Mutual
