Tax free savings plan is not as easy as they say

<p>Please what ever you do reconsider taking out a tax free investment plan with old mutual. I have been trying since the beginning of 2017 to draw out my money and cancel my policy. Since inception of my investment plan i have been unable to speak to anyone directly even when i tried to up my premium. I have never been given a name or contact number of the person responsible for my policy and when i call in to the call centre no one can help me because i dont know who my account manager is and no one can give me the correct person either. The only way of contacting someone is emailing the person who sold me the policy but it takes days for that person to reply. All i want is my won money returned to me and the poicy cancelled but i am being held randsom because no one wants to help me and the process is so difficult and requires so much information i cannot believe this wasnt all explained when i took it out. I was told drawing my money would a easy process but clearly that is not the case!</p>
