tax free savings lump sum

I have a tax free savings account with old mutual, they never do as instructed I am very dissatisfied with the service I always have to call to get things done. What is the use of having an online platform? I have requested for old mutual to take a lump sum of R10000 on the 22nd of March, today is the 24th the money is still on my account
