Tax free savings account withdrawal taking at least than a month to receive funds.

I am never banking or saving money with Old Mutual again. I’ve initiated a withdrawal from my tax free savings account from the 13th of December 2023 but still haven’t received my funds. It’s been such a huge hassle to receive back MY MONEY. I am never ever trusting Old Mutual with my money ever again. I still don’t have my funds and I’ve been promised so many times that I will receive it. It is now the 8th of January- almost a month just waiting for MY Savings. The worst is not even knowing how much you will get back because there is no communication whatsoever. I am never trusting Old Mitual with my hard earned money ever again. I will never ever use their services
