Tax Free Plan A **** - with no access to withdrawal

I’ve been trying to withdraw funds from Old Mutual Tax Free Plan I took with them for my kids but each time I try to, they make me jump through hoops. Yet I was told I will have an option to easily withdraw funds via WhatsApp. Now my kids are stranded because Old Mutual is not even responding to my emails yet it was nice for them to bill me each month!

Policy numbers ***9 and ***0 - no one has rep**** to my email after they asked for millions of papers just to get my money back!
