Tax-free investment withdrawal

The withdrawal process for the tax-free investment is a hassle. I have been trying to withdraw and have sent numerous emails, but the old mutual app is of no use as it simply states that there are outstanding forms. I have been filling out the same forms multiple times. The frustration of the automated Email replies from Old Mutual, no progress was made, the investment withdrawal process time states 5-7 business days, I requested to withdraw on the 20th of Sep 2025 and still waiting to this day and the repetition of filling the same forms each time is ridiculous as all Information should already be available on the system since I opened the account in April of 2024.
