Tax free investment is the worst

Heavily disappointed, I have a tax free investment which I made an emergency withdrawal on the 22th of September 2022 @ old mutual branch in diepkloof square.and till this day I've been taken from pillar to post. I was told I had to submit CIV forms which I did in a timely manner.... The agent said she will escalate it so they do an immediate payment.. Nothiiiing done.. I'm begging for my own funds, my airtime.. My time and working hours.. I regret it. Wouldn't refer anyone.
