It's been over 9 days now a logged a request to withdraw my investment with old mutual, every time I contact them I get asked to send a different form. Yet all this could have been communicated when I initially called. No 1 knows anything yet when I signed up no1 asked all these documents yet when I want my money back they giving me the run around. You have lost a client am no longer gonna use your service y'all clearly don't take your customers serious nor value them
