Tax free claim

I'm honestly not happy and irritated that a claim that takes 5 to 7 working days has taken more than that, on the 7th day I was sent documents that I need to to be filled and sent them back the same time for compliant even to day this is still not procced. It's always easy to debit an account for funds but give it back when we claim now is an issue. Bad service and I will not advise anyone to consider Old Mutual in this regard.
