Tax Directives still not received

I am waiting on Old Mutual Snr advisers to send my tax directives for my Super Fund policies. 3 phone calls that you are on hold for 15min + each time, multiple emails from myself and my finiancial advisor. And everytime I get promised that I would have it in my mailbox on the day. Still nothing and I have to submit personal tax - so that I can claim back for my son's disability interventions, and try and keep up with the costs.

I tried holding for 20 min yesterday so that I can speak to a Snr consultant but no go.

I cannot pull these from the self service portal - and all the people that I talk to need to ask these Snr Consultants...

This is pretty shocking - I just want to submit tax.
