Tax directive needed

In the past financial year, I transferred a lump sum into my retirement annuity. When I completed my tax return, SARS asked for a tax directive for this lump sum. I emailed Old Mutual asking for this, and received a reply from Thorne Smith who sent me my tax certificate. I had clearly asked for a tax directive. I rep****, restating my request, and, to date, have not had any reply. My last email was sent 10 days ago.

I would really appreciate my tax directive as I would like to finalise my income tax return.
