Tax directive

I have been struggling with Old Mutual to submit a tax directive since April. SARS sent me a letter to inform me of the documentation outstanding and that it would cause delays in my income tax submission. Since Old Mutual is the receiving fund, SARS requires them to submit the return (they didn't even know that the law changed in 2017!). Old Mutual has been unresponsive in this regard and unwilling to assist with the submission. I will not advise ANYONE to invest their funds in Old Mutual, as they don't take the services provided to their customers seriously and don't know how documentation to be submitted to SARS works.
