Tax Directive

Old Mutual has sent a tax directive on my IRP5 for tax year 2018/2019. When I checked with Old mutual in 2019, old mutual sent me a IT3(a), which I sent to Sars. Thinking that this was correct. When I had completed my tax for 2019/2020, Sars has held back my payment cos they need this tax directive from old mutual. Since Dec 2020, old mutual CANNOT find this tax directive. I have called their very 'helpful' customer service only to be told they have submitted it but they never have. My last call to old mutual on June 21, still they CANNOT find this directive. Can someone find this directive, which you, old mutual had included on my IRP5, as you are holding back funds that are due to me from SARS, and submitted that to SARS.
