Tax Directive

To Whom It May Concern<br> <br> I called the call centre on Tuesday and they informed that a tax directive has been issued. However according to SARS this only takes 24 hrs for an approval and they informed that they have not received anything.<br> <br> Yesterday afternoon I received an sms from Old Mutual stating that they have requested a tax directive and still I have not received any communication from SARS. I have tried to contact OM today however I keep getting cut off. I have phoned SARS and until now SARS has not received the tax directive from OM. This should only be a 24 hour process, yet my claim has not been processed. <br> <br> Its really frustrating if you are unable to get through and trying to be the middle man in order to get my claim processed.
