TAX CERTIFICATES FROM OM WEALTH FOR A DECEASED CLIENT

Deceased Estate matter: I have been requesting income tax certificates from Old Mutual Wealth on a contract that was redeemed and paid to the estate late account, since October 2025, to date still nothing received, we just receive automated emails acknowleging rceipt of our correspondence. We tried to phone, but kept on hold. This is the worst service I have ever experienced from Old Mutual. The finalisation of the estate is held up as a result of this.
