Tax certificates

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I once had provident fund from old mutual back in 2010. I claimed all the amount when I leftmy employer. SARS has requested a tax certificate for audit. I have been trying to get hold of a consultant to assist me at Old Mutual. The call centre number just rings with automated self helps but that doesn't assist because I need to speak to a consultant and it never goes through.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also the online option does not provide much help as I do not understand some of the information SARS wants.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please call and assist me urgenly as I will incur a penalty from SARS if this is not actioned ASAP.</p>
