tax certificate from old Mutual

I've been trying to get my tax certificate out of Old Mutual for 3 months now. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. This is absurd. I can't submit my tax information without Old Mutual's response. Discovery Health send their certificates. Standard Bank send their certificates. Stanlib send their certificates. My shares portfolio send their certificates. BUT OLD MUTUAL NOT. This is unacceptable
