TAX CERTIFICATE

I am asking old mutual to please submit my tax certificate like all other companies do but they are refusing to do so I have spoken to SARS and was told OLD MUTIAL needs to submit but the person in customer services insists that I have to do it Then complained on this platform they just emailed me the certificates which I have submitted to SARS but they need to do it Seems like no one knows what to do so now I can’t process my tax return What bad service what a pity I can’t give them a 0 rating I don’t need a email I need to speak to a consultant who has knowledge of this
