TAX CERTIFICATE

<p>I contacted old mutual in 2015 asking for my tax certificate so i can submitt it to sars and to my surprise my policy number did not match my id number and surname. After a number of days my problem was resolved. unfortunately in 2016 i encountered the same story when requesting for my tax certificate. I was told the matter will be resolved huwever its been three months already and i am still waiting old mutual to resolve my problem or to even come back to me. But what happens is i am the one who is busy calling them and my problem is still not resolved.
