TAKING TOO LONG TO PAY OUT LIFE COVER CLAIM

I have made a life cover claim in July at documents mutual till do date I haven't received a pay out.

How long does it takes, because We have submitted all required documents. When we submit the document they have requested, they need us to submit another document.

Last year around November they said it is under assessment, for how long do we have to wait.
